Barry assists clients with a wide range of litigation needs, including medical negligence, general negligence, and personal injuries related to product, accident and commercial disputes. He is also a professional mediator and uses that expertise in both his mediation and trial practices. He also serves as Managing Partner of the Firm.
Barry attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Psychology in 1991, and was an inducted member of the PSI CHI Honorary Society. He earned a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1994. Barry won the Leroy Jeffers Moot Court Competition and served as a member of the National Moot Court Competition Team.
Barry is a member of the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He was voted by his peers as one of the Texas Monthly “Super Lawyers” in the State of Texas.
