Adrian Senyszyn, Attorney


Adrian is a Shareholder primarily working at the San Antonio office of Brin & Brin, P.C. He has considerable litigation and trial experience in cases involving medical malpractice, dental malpractice, personal injuries, contract disputes, deceptive trade practices, and fraud. He also has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in multi-party construction litigation cases throughout Central and South Texas and along the Rio Grande Valley. Notably, Adrian has successfully represented clients in complex construction litigation cases in Hidalgo County, Starr County, Zapata County, and Nueces County.


Adrian also has significant experience advising health care professionals and groups about HIPAA privacy and security rules, incident reports and breach notifications, and updates required to their policies and procedures. He regularly prepares risk assessments related to potential breaches of protected health information and has successfully represented clients in audits and investigations by the Office of Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. As the number of cyber-related incidents has risen, Adrian has worked with insurance companies and health care professionals to manage risk, and he has lectured on risk management and HIPAA security and breach notification.


In addition, Adrian represents professionals before various Texas agencies, to include the Texas Medical Board. He also advises clients about selected issues involving business transactions, construction agreements and liens, professional agreements, insurance coverage, and corporate structure.


In his free time, Adrian volunteers with several organizations, including the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Prior to joining Brin & Brin, P.C., Adrian worked at the U.S. Secretary of State’s Overseas Security Advisory Council advising Fortune 500 companies of foreign threats, providing emergency assistance, and traveling on fact-finding missions to countries in Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Adrian enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
